A rear extension to create an open plan kitchen, dining, living space

Project

Taking out the side and back walls of the existing rear projection and building a single storey extension with a large glass roof light, the back of the house was transformed from a dark and cramped kitchen and dining room into a bright and spacious living area. The frameless sliding folding glass doors across the whole of the back wall and the continuous tiled floor mean that inside and outside merge seamlessly.
