Nursing Homes

For more than a decade Worke + Bussell Ltd have been working closely with providers designing and building nursing homes and specialist care units. We have a portfolio of projects that range from small six bed C3 (b) Nursing homes  to medium 42 bed C3 Dementia unit,  through to large C3 100+ bed mixed units.

We cater for clients with a wide range of needs from the basic elderly, to clients with dementia, clients with autism through to clients with severe psychiatric disorders.

More recently the practice has been working on a number of projects relating to 'assisted living'. We are currently about to start construction on a new build 10 bed assisted living unit in the Borough of Newham for Acedo Care.

Through our considerable experience we have gained a unique range of specialist skills and knowledge that our clients have found invaluable. We can now offer a complete 'turnkey' package on projects. This includes everything from initial advice on site purchase through to designing, supervision, certification, costing, CAPEX monitoring, all paperwork relating to pre-registration and CQC form filling. In short, everything needed in the process to the final 'hand over of keys'.
