Currently in planning this scheme will provide 14 additional flats to an existing Regency mansion block. The proposal is to add a floor and roof, creating balconies in the front roof and on the extended lower floor, behind the original gable ends of the bays. The extension is modern to visually separate it from the original building. The flats will be for social housing. The scheme  is currently going through planning.

NEWHAM, EAST LONDON

NEW BUILD 10 BED ASSISTED LIVING UNIT

 

We have received planning permission for this project which is now on site. The building will provide 10 Assisted Living one and two bed flats for the London Borough of Newham. 

Construction costs will be £1.4M and the project is due for completion by September 2018.
